I am editing my review because I had an incredibly negative experience here. It had to do with their online ordering system allowing me to order outside their business hours (should not be possible) and having no way to correct the error when I realized it. This happened on a Monday and they reopen Wednesday.

I made every effort to call the restaurant, multiple times, but their voice mailbox was full. I also emailed them. I even put a reminder on my calendar to call them when they opened Wednesday, but because life goes on and I had other life duties I missed the reminder.

Instead of apologizing to me for the system error and at least sharing some of the responsibility, they told me they were going to charge me for the order anyway. Even after I told them I had no way to pick up the pizzas. They were completely arrogant about it and insistent that it was purely my error. While I will accept some responsibility for the error, this was largely an issue of their online ordering system. As a former small business owner myself, I think I’m their response was completely out of line with good business practices.

I’m really sad about it because it is by far the best gluten free pizza option in my part of town. But they could be topping the pizza with free caviar and it still wouldn’t be worth patronizing a business with such terrible business practices.

Had an amazing prosciutto arugula burrata pizza with a crispy gluten free crust. And the beat part - no I’ll-effects of any cross contamination!
