Loved what this joint is trying to do with the space and the overall atmosphere. Appreciative of gluten free options for my teens. Having said that, the food has to be edible. Started with the bar fries. They consisted of undercooked fries drenched in bbq sauce, melted cheese, bacon and topped w jalapeños. Gloppy is the best description. Two cauliflower crust pizzas looked promising, but had completely undercooked crusts. As in uncooked. I've never seen my teens leave so much food behind. We went home, I poured myself a nice glass of red and made us all snacks since we didn’t eat much. 👍 for gf 👎for taste / edibility.

Went for the pizza but all out of GF crust. Fries are done in a dedicated fryer. They are really garlicky but yummy and a large size.

Pizzas are all assembled and baked on separate pans as opposed to on the bare oven deck using their gluten free crust, which comes prepackaged and is fully wrapped until the time of assembling/baking.
The gluten free artisan pizzas are incredible!
The craft cocktails are very nice and the menu rotates seasonally.
