Waitress Alycia took good care of us! No cross contamination reactions so far, the morning after the meal.

I made sure they knew I had celiac disease when ordering a salad that is labeled gluten free on the menu and immediately had a reaction while eating it.

Very flavorful wrap and super tasty/interesting slaw. Unfortunately my companions’ burgers were over cooked but otherwise a great spot in a charming downtown.

220 cafe is in the awfully cute town of Statesville, wish we would have had extra time to explore. Staff at the restaurant was nice, and ensured our meal was GF
Food was delicious!! Server was great at making sure I had gluten free.

** GF/DF lunch **
Menu is clearly marked to show GF entrees. Server happily helped me figure out what was also dairy free.
They do not have bread / buns, but they do have wraps. I had the avocado / bacon / lettuce / ham wrap with no ranch and a side of the roasted potatoes. It was delicious!!
The fries (+ sweet potato fries) are made in a shared fryer, so they are NOT celiac safe. The side options offered were salad, roasted potatoes, and sautéed veggies.
Restaurant is cute! It’s in the downtown area and is a bit small, but the wait staff is very patient and accommodating for food allergies / sensitivities.

Staff knowledgeable and helpful. Modified mea for me. I did not get sick.
Yes
Even though they didn't have a gluten free menu they had several items that were gluten free. Staff seemed knowledgable and definitely willing to check on items they were unsure of. Food tasted great! I had lemon marinated chicken and sweet potato fries.
