One of our favorite restaurants for lunch and dinner. Wait staff very knowledgeable and helpful with GF options and substitutes for sauces, salad dressings, etc. No dedicated fryer, but so many fresh farm-to-table options that fried foods aren’t missed! I’ve never had gluten symptoms after eating here.
They have things marked GF that are put in a shared fryer with gluten. They have gf buns, but some of the sandwiches have sauce/other ingredients that contain or are put in a fryer with gluten. I ate a sandwich with a side salad, and didn't get sick. I was bummed I couldn't have the sweet potato chips with the dip, even though they are marked gf. Be cautious, ask questions, and avoid anything fried. Food was pretty good, but expensive. There are better, safer restaurants in the area for the price. Skip and try piripi or birdhouse instead
