This was the most amazing food I have had in a pizza place/sub shop in many years! Almost everything there can be made gluten free. There is a dedicated fryer, so you can have French fries, onion rings and even falafel. The meatballs, chicken Parm, and eggplant parm are all GF! I have not had eggplant Parm in so long! The GF pizza crust is great, and crisp on the bottom which you don't always get. Also as a bonus, our cashier/waitress, who told me she had celiac disease, also told me that they only use GF flour to stretch the pizza dough (even the non-GF pizza dough) just to avoid any chance of cross-contamination. Wow! This was great! I can't wait to go back.

The person who took my order had Celiac, and was very helpful about what on the menu was able to be modified to be GF or what was just inherently GF. I had the lemonade, fries, and chicken gryo on on a GF roll. I'm still getting used to GF breads, but I still enjoyed my sandwich! The lemonade and fries were absolutely delicious. The outdoor seating was also very nice! Far enough from the road that it wasnt too loud, and it was a really nice day when I ate there

Most of the menu was naturally gluten free, so it was unlabeled. The staff was great at answering my questions. They had a dedicated fryer and everything that went into it (chicken tenders, French fries) was gf. My son had a gf hot dog on a gf bun with a side of fries. He was in heaven. The only thing they couldn’t do gf were the pasta dishes. The restaurant and kitchen itself were sparkling clean, which gave me additional confidence in their attention to detail with the food prep. My husband, who is not gf but is newly lactose intolerant, ordered a meatball sub and asked for it without cheese on top. Instead of just taking his request at face value, the cook came out and asked if it was allergy or preference. My husband said both, and the cook shared that the meatballs had cheese inside them. We all felt very safe and cared for! Bonus: the food was also delicious!

One of the only places on the Cape with any real vegetarian celiac-safe options. Grilled cheese, pizza, egg sandwich, fries. My only mild complaint is that they were not inclined to answer a lot of specific questions; just said 'chef has celiac' when I asked whether there was a safe grill space and a dedicated fryer. It's certainly reassuring that the chef has celiac but I would have felt a bit more secure getting yes/no responses there. All in all still a great experience.

Outstanding food and outstanding GF selection. (Almost) everything on the menu can be GF. The pizza crust is among the best I've tasted. The owners are both celiac, as was the person who took our order. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. This is instantly one of my top Cape Cod eateries. No notes.

Never felt safer celiac wise at a pizza place, an older man read my order to me and showed me my pizza before I took it to leave ensuring I had received the correct one. One of the best gf pizzas I’ve had in awhile, definitely coming back when I visit next.

They got our order wrong and gave us two GF pizzas instead of one GF and one regular as ordered. My wife who is celiac said it was among the worst GF pizzas she has tried. Their chicken parm was a notch below Olive Garden. We really wanted to like this place. The people were very nice.

I'm so happy I found this place! There were so many gluten free options, which is so rare for a pizza place, so this was such a treat. They had great procedures, great food, and I didn't get sick, so what more can you ask for?! I was pretty impressed with the gluten free crust (It wasn't Udi's or Against the Grain which I find to be the most commonly used) and my boyfriend who isn't gluten free enjoyed the pizza. Also, I saw people raving about the chocolate mousse and decided to try it. Do yourself a favor and order it! It was incredible!

I almost cried. I had a meatball sub. It’s been years! It was so good! I didn’t get sick! My sister had chicken parm it was amazing! Definitely coming again! Focaccia garlic bread is amazing tastes so good with the salad.

This place is great! Even the newer staff really seem to know a lot about keeping gluten-containing foods separate. They also have a separate oven, which is amazing! The pizza I had was great, I ate soooo much of it and still had some leftovers which I’ve kept eating! Virtually their whole menu can be made gf, just make sure you check and ask about it. They definitely know a lot about it!

What a great find! We ate here several times while on vacation because the food was delicious and the friendly staff is extremely knowledgeable and gave every confidence in the safety of the prepare food. I am extremely sensitive and siding get sick. All wings are gluten free, the chocolate mousse was delicious, great pizza! Menu is clearly marked with lots of options. Easy online order for pickup or eat in dining.

I found 3 fools on this app and decided to try it out. I pretty much live there now. Fantastic place for lunch and dinner. Staff are very knowledgeable and owner has celiac. About 90% of the items are gluten free. Although I am not celiac I am extremely gluten sensitive and allergic. I have not been able to have a chicken parm sub or Italian sub for almost 20yrs. This place offers tasty gluten free sub rolls and the sandwiches are delicious. Pretty much everything there is delicious and I have never had any reactions. Definitely a great find for individuals that need gluten free options!

There are no words for how much I love this place. I haven’t had a chicken parm sandwich since I was diagnosed with celiac 6 years ago. This is my first time eating there and I am already planning when I can go back.

Great little spot for gluten free pizza, subs and wings. I ordered an Italian sub for a fishing charter the following morning. The bread held up well overnight and it was stuffed. No gluten free menu, but a sign on the wall says most items can be made gluten free.

I was a little nervous when I walked in. It's a small place with a small kitchen and it was crowded. Made me think cross contamination would be an issue. When I got my order, I verified that it was gluten free (the slip only said Italian sub). The kid who took the order looked crushed and apologized saying he didn't enter it correct. Better to find out now than 30 miles in the ocean.

The chef made a new one right away. I heard him tell someone else that preventing cross contamination was his biggest priority and was showing them how to prepare the sandwich. That made me feel better. Definitely will be back for pizza and wings.

A good selection of GF options that taste great! My wife has celiac and honestly feels that this is the best GF pizza she has had anywhere! She also enjoyed the GF Chicken Parm grinder. She experienced no problems after eating here. I had the non-GF pizza and loved it. We spent a few days at the Cape in a nearby town and kept coming back to this awesome little place multiple times during our short stay in the area.

Nice take out option in Orleans. My son had the gluten free pizza (there are many choices), and it was excellent. Other gluten free options as well. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and careful, and we felt very safe.
