Stopped by this place while passing through MIA. I ordered a GF pizza, which they make in the back and took about 10 minutes.
My pizza was bigger than the normal pizza my wife got. Also, it was just loaded with cheese and the toppings. It tasted delicious and most importantly, I didn't have any issues after eating it.
I will definitely be back if I am stopping thru MIA sometime in the near future.

I ordered a gluten free pizza with pepperoni. The cashier said it’d be about 15 minutes which was fine with me. It came out in a bigger box and was a round, thin crusted pizza. It was very greasy and slightly underdone. I ate half of it - sort of got sick of it after half because it was so greasy. But it was gluten free and there are very few options for gluten free.

Great pizza! It is made in a different area in the back and comes out in a different box. The crust is thin but tasty, and it was a good quick airport meal.

Good pizza, in a different shape and box than the regular. They said it was made on a different surface but couldn’t promise risk of cross contamination because it’s in the same kitchen.

Gluten-free pizza was good! I didn't ask about cross contamination (I know) but they did specify it was made to order in a different corner of the kitchen. The GF pizza is thin cust and you get a whole one vs the thick, slices for normals. I didn't get sick, so it works for an airport meal

My daughter has celiac. The person ordering talked through safety precautions to help avoid cross contamination. The pizza was delicious and she didn’t feel bad afterward.

I did not ask about cross contamination - I asked for gluten free pizza and nothing was mentioned about cross contamination (not a problem for me). I’m glad I came despite negative reviews - waited 10 minutes for a delicious and pretty big personal pizza (2 meals for me). Very good and kind service.

They were horrible and the lady was rude and mean. Wouldn’t even suggest trying it

I went there because I had read good reviews. They had gluten free options and told me they would take an extra 20 minutes to prepare the pizza separately, but that they still couldn’t guarantee there’d be no cross contamination. It was super busy and from what I could see of the kitchen there were pizzas everywhere and they were always coming in and out with more. I honestly didn’t feel safe ordering and decided to go look somewhere else

Couldn’t eat there. They cannot guarantee a pizza that’s not crossed contaminated by gluten. At least they were honest.

Ordered ahead via the American Airlines app cause had super short layover. Added a note about the gluten sensitivity in my order. The chef/manager was quick to tell me that he read my note and is taking precautions for cross contamination. Very grateful for his care to communicate that. Cauliflower pizza was pretty good!

Really limited GF options at MIA airport, we tried 305 Pizza on 2nd layover. Staff was super helpful, I asked about cross-contamination and the counter person asked a guy in the back, and they went to find manager. There are two GF crusts, one "regular GF" and one cauliflower. The manager prepared it for us, he said he would use a clean cutting board and a clean cutter, but it would be cooked in the same oven as their regular pizza. It's a small kitchen and a high volume store, they had a lot of pizzas stacked up ready to bake. They said it would take 20 minutes to prepare the GF pizzas, was more like 25-30. There is an online ordering option (part of airport MIA2GO app) but don't know if there is an option to specify "allergy" in the app.
Cross-contamination definitely a risk, as with almost any pizza place. Small kitchen with lots of gluten around. But the "regular GF" crust was really quite good, kids & parents loved it and were happy to have an option other than fruit and potato chips. No bad reaction for our celiacs, though if you're super sensitive their precautions may not be enough. And isn't a "quick order" if you're tight on time.
Can't say enough about the staff there, they were really busy and still took the time to answer questions and make the order separate.
