Ordered baby back ribs and a twice baked potato was very good they butcher everything in house and have their own rubs and sauces (also gluten free). After speaking to the owner it seems most, if not all of their meats are safe. They don’t have a dedicated frier for the fries and don’t offer any bagged chips. When asking about certain items they would bring out any ingredient and let me read them to make sure I would recommend.
