I enjoy eating here, many GF options and the staff will change gloves if you ask. All bbq sauces are gluten free, however no dedicated fryer. The food is excellent, cheese grits are delicious. GF items were clearly marked on a old take out menu I have but currently listed in store. For vegetarians and vegans they do offer beyond meat as a protein choice.

I told the employee who took my order that I cannot have gluten and they had a whole binder of what is gluten free which was pretty awesome. He walked me through some suggestions and checked with the cook as far as fries goes(that was a no go) but still great customer service. Offered gf bun which was amazing!

I got sick after eating here. I don't find they care too much at any of the 4Rivers locations. Gluten free doesn't matter if you don't handle with care!

Staff change their gloves if you ask. I’ve eaten here multiple times without getting sick. All bbq sauces are GF & heavenly! I recommend the cheese grits as a side.

Coming from a celiac who used to work here. I would not eat anything cross contamination is a HUGE issue, even if they change their gloves, all the meats have come into contact with bread. All sides made in the back come into contact with the biscuit station with flour everywhere. Also allergen list is completely false. Some meats ie tritip and prime rib are brined in soy sauce. Allergen list is not accurate at all. Just be aware. I wouldn't eat here safely. Insider knowledge

Be careful! Services has declined as well as the GF menu. Last time that I went to 4 Rivers I got glutened.

The staff is very knowledge!!! They very quickly changed their glove and wrote on my tray Gluten Allergy! Good food as well plenty Gluten Free options.

My lovely sister brought me takeout. We shared brisket, collard greens, roasted jalapenos, sweet potatoes, green beans and corn. It was all wonderful. The brisket was juicy and tender, and the sides were all good. My only complaint was that it seemed a little salty, and I would have loved something to put out the mouth fire... They did have GF cookies already made as well.

I absolutely love the fact that I can get GF chicken wings at 4R because they are smoked not fried. Also I love the smoked sausage. Basically all of their meats and sauces are naturally GF & their staff is knowledgable. They also have a GF cookie, but you have to call 48 hours in advance to have them bake it for you and who plans that far ahead? But overall, I am a big fan of 4R. This is some of the best BBQ ever, anywhere. The sauces are the weakest link. But, they are GF. The line is long and worth the wait. Order as much as you can afford and go hog wild. We usually spend 37ish for 2. Yelp it for more opinions. GF options are plentiful. They have an allergen menu on their website.

I like a good brisket. They don't have it here. It is pasty.

Celiac diner, very sensitive to cross contamination and we had a great meal here! The bbq beans and coleslaw sides were delicious, we enjoyed the brisket, pulled pork and then loaded baked potato!

Meats and sauces GF. Clear explanations on website. Solid BBQ at a decent price and even has vegan options. Possible contamination risk when serving rolls etc if not advised prior, but overall feels pretty safe with the meats served by ladles.

I'm sorry to say that I had a different experience than others did here. The server changed her gloves and I ordered salad with pulled chicken. I had a reaction to the chicken and suspect the spices are not safe.
