They have a great selection and great prices! They were so nice about separating my rolls from the rest of our order and keeping them separate so they didn’t cross contaminate them with the rest of our order! Amazing staff! Great precautions! I have never gotten sick and couldn’t recommend them enough!

Review
I love eating at 503 sushi and have never gotten sick! It’s a lot of fun to go to with friends and feel relatively safe ordering sushi. I haven’t asked about whether they have specific allergy procedures, but I always make a note about being celiac and to please change their gloves while preparing my meal when I order. I also ask for gf tamari sauce!

GF items are marked on the menu. They had tamari sauce instead of soy sauce. Felt very confident eating here and will definitely be back.

There’s about 5 different rolls that are marked gf on the menu. My favorite was the peppered tuna roll.
