We have been here about 4 times and it is hit and miss. But today was not good. Our waitress was wonderful (she has celiac, so she was cautious and helpful). I ordered a steak and it came out with toast touching the steak (it was not our waitress who brought our food). They took it back to the kitchen and made me another (the manager did come out and talk to me, which is good). It stinks when you are just waiting for your meal when the rest of the table is eating. Made me nervous to eat it, the second time it can out. They just aren't as cautious as other places can be. If you have celiac, I wouldn't recommend this place

Absolutely love to eat at the Frisco Texas location. My servers go out of there way to make sure my meal is not cross contaminated and always come up with alternatives. It’s so nice not to have to worry about having a reaction. Thanks so much for thinking of us Celiac’s. Plus they actually have a really decent size gluten free menu compared to others!! Fantastic job!!

Their gluten free menu is huge! The staff is very nice and knew about their gluten free precautions. The fries (not waffle fries) are in a separate frier. I had a burger with a gluten free gun. I think it’s Udi’s, but it clearly looks gluten free. Will definitely be back!

We were told they have 4 fryers & that the 2 outside fryers were dedicated for fries & they could be used to fry anything gluten free.
There were several options but our daughter ordered off the kids menu. They usually offer kids sliders but they only have a gluten free bun in the full size so they cut the bun in half for both of the slider patties. She also got french fries but they told us to get plain fries without the seasoning.
We did not get to eat at the restaurant since that’s not an option these days, but when I called in, they transferred me to the manager & he was very knowledgeable. It made us feel more comfortable about eating there again when the restaurant opens back up again.

The food was good, but we waited entirely too long for it, 1-hr at the door and then 1-hr just to get food. The free appetizers were not enough to change my review. This restaurant does not handle big groups well. French Fries (and all fried foods) are cooked in shared oil. Gluten free bun looks like regular bun, had to ask the server 2x before I felt better.
They have a 'gluten awareness' menu with lots of options! I ordered the devil den burger (no bun) with broccoli and mashed potatoes. Will be back to try more items.
We’ve been twice and their food is very good!
It’s a fun place, lots of crazy decor, good energy.
The waitstaff has been great, both times. Fun, personable and has checked on anything they were uncertain about.
There is a QR code on the menu that’ll take you to their gluten free menu.
So far, I’ve tried the chicken wings (very good), tater kegs (different, probably won’t order again, but “ok”, nachos (very good, but you have to substitute to make gf), and I’ve had a burger and fries before. Those were both very food too.
We’ll be returning, for sure.

Tasty food. Many options for gluten and dairy free meals. Willing to work with us. Fast service. Our only complaint is that their allergy information is only online.

I eat here a lot. There is a ton to choose from-Nachos, California bleu salad, sandwiches, tater kegs are some of my favorites (some with modifications). They have a GF menu online. I have never had a reaction after eating here. It’s one of my favorites.

We had the best experience at lunch yesterday! My daughter has Celiac plus severe egg and nut allergies. It's very difficult to find (and trust) any restaurants where she can eat. I saw they had a Gluten Free menu and opted to speak to a manager to ensure I felt confident her food would be handled carefully to avoid cross-contamination. The manager told me they take allergies very seriously at their restaurant and that they will take care of us. He said, on a personal note, that his girlfriend has Celiac Disease, so he is well aware and informed on steps that are needed to avoid cross-contamination. My daughter ordered the Cheeseburger with no bun since it contained eggs (but they do offer a gluten free bun) with french fries since they use a dedicated fryer. She was in heaven! We are so thankful to have found this gluten/allergy conscious gem in Edwardsville and will be back!
