They didn't have a set GF menu, just handed me a giant notebook with all allergens listed. I usually get the Monterey Chicken Grille. Tell them ahead of time that you have an ALLERGY. They went above and beyond to make sure I didn't get sick.
GF Awareness Menu is only online. Server immediately ran and checked when I inquired about a dedicated fryer. Ribs fall off the bone. Smoked brisket flavored beans were great. The Summer Chicken Salad was awesome. Location is on the same block as multiple hotels. We dined two days. Gluten free bun is available.
They have a GF menu online through a barcode on the main menu along with a thorough allergy menu that lists our wheat and gluten separately. The server wasn't too sure of individual items, but the manager was, and I felt confident with the menu thoroughness. I ended up having the salad with ranch dressing to start, and the steak with grilled asparagus.
This was just okay. Our server was relatively new and checked with the kitchen staff/management to confirm GF options, but they all seemed very unsure about the fryer and so I had grilled veggies as a side with my grilled chicken sandwich on a GF bun (the usual crappy-falls-apart bun). The food was meh, veggies very greasy and bacon undercooked. My non-GF family did not care for their food either. I didn’t get sick so that’s a plus.
