Review of 5b's Bakery

We stopped by here while hiking the pacific crest trail. I had never been anywhere entirely gluten free and it was amazing!! In fact we made a special trip about a month later. The owner was so nice and is celiac as well. The brilliant idea of the bakery was her sons. You won't regret going there. I suggest the salmon quiche and cinnamon rolls !
