Ew, no, this place is NOT gluten friendly!!! Do not go here. They are in the dark ages. We went there last night based on reviews here saying they are gluten friendly. They DO NOT have gluten free pizza dough. They DO NOT have gluten free hamburger buns. Our waiter apologized and pointed out the fact that we could have salads or hamburgers without buns. Or, they could perhaps use GF bread for the hamburger bun - if they have some. We walked out and went to Primo Pizza instead, which has EXCELLENT GF options, although not the same lovely atmosphere:)
They could basically only offer me salads, and they could add protein if I wanted. Since I was unsure how careful they would be with cross contamination, I ordered the caprese salad and did not add protein. The salad was delicious, but on the small side. The server definitely understood the importance of communicating to the kitchen that I was celiac and needed them to be extra careful not to cross contaminate. It was a good experience.
The gf pizza was so great. Highly recommend it. The gf bun for the burger was horrible. It was like a dried out biscuit. It totally crumbled into crumbs as my husband tried to pick it up. The waitress was told and she chuckled it off as all gf buns are like that.

This was the most phenomenal gf pizza I had ever had. It was puffy not thin. A lot of flavor. My son and I are intolerant to gluten and dairy and this pizza didn’t make either one of us sick. I am not sure about celiac though but the service was great and it was the best gf pizza I had ever tasted. We happened upon it because blaze pizza no longer had gf pizza crust!
Ate here three times during Legoland weekend (twice for breakfast and once for dinner). All waitstaff were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. Fryer is cross contaminated, which server told me before I asked. Chef oversaw my meals every time and I did not get sick at all.
Fantastic gf pizza!! They have burger buns too but the pizza is the reason to come. They cook it alone in the oven, away from regular pizza crusts. I really enjoyed it!
