Got a roll and asked for it to be gf said very sensitive to cross contaimination 2 times.. My roll came in its own bag with a pack of soy sauce. My husband pulled his roll out after i had a few of mine and I noticed his soy packet was the same as mine....it contained wheat. Not very happy as I have read they have gluten free soy sauce and thought it would be a no brainer to include gf soy sauce with my gf roll.
The owner is so knowledgeable about Celiac, and truly goes out of his way to ensure as many of his ingredients are GF as possible. He is proud to make you a fresh GF roll in a clean prep area, or let you know which of the pre-prepped rolls are naturally GF. Knowing that the owner understands the importance of ensuring every ingredient in your roll is GF really allowed me to let my guard down and truly enjoy an amazing new food (rare for this Celiac-since-birth). Vin is passionate about allowing every customer experience the divinity of authentic sushi, and he has gained himself a loyal customer! :)
I ordered the Philly roll and it was awesome and everything was fresh. They provided four gluten Free soy sauces too. I first made my order online and asked for the roll gluten free in comments. I then called to confirm and the lady confirmed they could make it gluten free. I did not get sick. I will be going back because it was very grab and go, no stress. Plus it was all fresh ingredients, the restaurant was clean and the owner sushi chef was polite as well as the cashier. This is a takeout place so they only have one small table.

Owner/chef Vin is knowledgeable about gluten free options. He will make a fresh roll for you and party trays are available for pre-order! For non-celiac guests, this is a great grab and go place. Not really an eat in place, but there is some seating. The fish and ingredients are very fresh & delicious. The masago is gf & gf soy sauce packets are available!! Lastly, vegan options are also available. Big fan, will definitely be back
This is a new business and the owner/chef will customize any roll. He's actively looking into gluten free options and alternatives for the gluten free community. Really wonderful experience and even got to try a few new ingredients not usually on the menu for GF folks! Also, the rolls and ingredients are fresh and higher quality. If you're GF and looking for a safe sushi spot, this is the place. Order online, drive-thru, or pickup are all options.
