The waffles here are made with hashbrowns, egg and cheese on a dedicated gluten-free wafflemaker! They have a whole bunch of toppings, I have had bacon, scallions, arugula, carmelized onions, & spicy crema sauce. Very hearty breakfast, so tasty! The owner has a partner with gluten sensitivity so they understand safety really well.
