After reading some reviews, I thought that this restaurant had a dedicated fryer for gluten free items, which is why my family decided to eat here. When I was asking the waitress questions, she told me that they did not have a dedicated fryer, and she also confirmed this with the manager. I was also disappointed that they did not have any options on the kids' menu that we could modify to make gluten free for my youngest child with celiac. I really wish I would have called the restaurant to ask more questions before we ate there, since my youngest child with celiac would not eat anything from the regular menu.
