Fantastic staff - no gf menu, but the menu did state that anything on the hibachi menu could be made gf. I let the server know and she was extremely knowledgeable on what did/didn’t contain gluten. They did make my meal separately in the kitchen which is my only complaint, but the food was fantastic and I did not have any adverse side effects.
Our server was very knowledgeable about what I could eat and went out of her way to make sure the kitchen staff was aware that I was gluten free. Plenty of sushi choices and the hibachi portions are huge. They have gluten free soy sauce, the yum-yum sauce is still gf, and you can get a salad with ranch.
Many items available gluten free. All hibachi available gf. We sat in regular seating as hibachi meals prepared in back for gf and we were alone. Noodles not gf so offered double veg's or fried rice. Generous portions and fair prices.

The full menu does not label if each dish is GF, however, the back page lists the hibachi entrees, all of which can be made GF. Our waiter was very knowledgeable on what condiments, soups, and noodles were or weren't safe (yum yum sauce is GF, no GF soy sauce available). I had the chicken hibachi from the back page.. since I couldn't have the soup and noodles that comes with it, I was given double salad and double rice. The food was SO GOOD!!
Being a celiac I am quite pleased with the service and the menu selection here!The I have not had any reactions coming to this place. Staff understands what gluten free means.
