I’m a very sensitive Celiac- I also eat paleo as much as possible. The staff is very helpful and many authentic Cuban dishes are gluten-free. Price is reasonable (get away from Ocean Drive!!)5 days in Miami Beach- this is the only restaurant I trust for breakfast: 2- eggs and skirt steak, cafe con Leche, or shredded beef, yucca root, mixed veggies for lunch. There are many other choices, just let the server know. We have had breakfast/ brunch here every day- not sick once. Since 2007 diagnosis, this is the first vacation where I haven’t gotten sick (still one day left). Many good choices in Miami Beach. Most places have GF pasta available- I don’t do pasta (processed carbs cause heart disease).
