Beautifully decorated restaurant with flavorful food. I ordered the Mar Mitmita Shrimp (gulf shrimp, tibs, local honey and lemon zest) with injera (gf bread) and yellow split peas. My husband had the beef short ribs with shiro and injera. Both our meals were so good! The only gluten is found in some alcoholic drinks and the sambusas from the starter section. Everything else is safe. Our server Robert handled my allergies so well and reassured me of their precautions. He was the best!

This is an Ethiopia restaurant that is entirely gluten free. The Ethiopian bread, injera, is made from teff flour and is gluten free. Very tasty food!

7-2022 Wow! The injera was made from 100% teff. Everything we ate was delightful. Be sure to make a reservation. They fill up fast.

March 2021: A second truly enjoyable experience. Also really enjoy the waitstaff. They are genuinely nice guys.
Do not pass this opportunity up.
April 2021: 95% of the menu is gluten. Even the injera! Such a special treat to be able to safely enjoy this meal.
