The server explained what I could have being celiac on the menu and what would have cross contamination so I could not get it. I had the tri tip with a mushroom and corn sauce. It was really good. There weren’t many things I could eat on the menu being celiac but enough I felt like I had a few choices.
The choices here is so varied that you’ll have trouble making a decision. We sat at the chefs table and really enjoyed our conversation with Chef Zack. They are known for their roast chicken, but the portion was huge, so I opted for the melon salad, shishito peppers and duck confit with mango sorbet for dessert. The flavor profiles for each were simply outstanding. Each bite was a flavor adventure. The service was very attentive and expedient. Delicious alcoholic beverages. If I lived in Nashville, this would be my favorite go to restaurant.
Can’t say enough about this gem. Everything from sides to salads to mains lovingly prepared from fresh, fresh ingredients, creatively seasoned and plated. Excellent service for our group of eight with numerous dietary restrictions, my gluten intolerance among them. Server was knowledgeable and guided me to the numerous menu items that could be prepared gluten free.
This place doesn’t have a separate gluten free menu but they said they’re working on one. They were super accommodating and helpful as I navigated the menu though and they were able to either serve a lot as is or modify. I even had gnocchi! It was so so so good. I felt fine through the evening and next day which means I definitely didn’t get sick. I highly recommend! It’s also just a really beautiful space.
Nearly everything was gluten free or could be made gluten free. Cauliflower appetizer was fantastic, gnocchi was next level, and the peach salad had wonderful croutons that were amazing and gluten free. They had some chocolate dessert that was somewhere between mousse and pudding, which was wonderful.
Travis was very helpful, explained all the GF options (most of the menu is GF). Everything was tasty, don’t miss it!
As soon as I mentioned I was Gf, the waiter marked up my menu with ways dishes could be modified and where there was cross contamination. Delicious food and great service. I’m not celiac but I did feel safe
Called ahead and they understood the needs and said they could accommodate. Upon arrival, host acknowledged the GF need and the server guided me to GF items on menu. The server/waiter let the chef know and all went very well. Only time to note is the when group appetizers arrived, the “deliverers” was not our server and they delivered my food with everyone else’s. They put the food on the table as family style with gluten food directly to me. The deliverers need training on serving. However, the server/waiter was on top of my needs and desire to be inconspicuous. Great meal and good time.
