Symptomatic Celiac

Adelinas is great for celiac! Their menu isnt marked but when I called they let me know pretty much everything can be made gf. My server confirmed that they hand-make gf pasta for all of the entrees. I had the Italian avocado salad as an app and the Tagliatelle with the lobster tail and gf spaghetti for dinner. Server mentioned these dishes were really good: fussilli and the chicken parm with spaghetti. Its a special occasion place but really good and super safe!
