The good news: you can eat deliciously here. The bad: The mole is off-limits, as is anything fried (due to cross-contamination.) There are staff who can guide you, and you can always order fresh tortillas (oh, the rapturous tortillas) for your guacamole, ceviche, etc. Also, if you know Oaxacan cuisine, THE TLAYLUDAS ARE SAFE. Ahem. I got a little excited there.
