Review of Agave Restaurant

They say that most things on the menu are GF or can be made so but some of the modifications change the nature of the dish (e.g., fried chicken becomes grilled chicken). Nonetheless the food is good, there are plenty of GF options, and the waiter either knew what was GF or checked with the chef when he was unsure. Our waiter claimed that the corn chips were fried in separate oil (it was so the taste was not compromised, not so they would be GF) and I ate the chips and was OK but you should check on this if it is a concern.
