They had zero gluten free options. The rice has gluten in it, they add gluten beer as an ingredient. The servers did not know what gluten was and after they asked the kitchen, they could not offer any sushi or menu items. This is not a GF establishment.

The only thing they offered me that was gluten free was chicken, veggies and rice. Not much taste. Sushi isn’t gluten free. She said they use gluten in their rice. Seriously?

Went for lunch today. Asked the hostess about gluten free menu. She was unsure so asked. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about what had gluten and didn’t. I ordered the tepanyaki filet and garlic edamame . They told me they have a separate prep area in the kitchen. I didn’t have any reaction to what I ate and my husband got his sushi fix since I don’t eat seafood.

Staff isn't knowledgeable regarding dietary requirements. Asked them to do gluten free and they made my dish in back, got sick regardless but this place do not go to if you have celiac like me!

Called the one in Norterra to double check they had gf sushi and the person who answered didn't know the answer and then went to ask someone else and they said there is no way to make any sushi gluten free. So unfortunately will not be going there.

We went to the one on Bell Road and 75ave. They were great there!! My waitress also made me a drink and she was also honest about not knowing about my illness. So she asked the chef every time about everything and we came in late on a week night. I got spicy tuna and una without the terrikay sauce. That has eel and it was the best!! Plus they have gf soy sauce which is good with the spicy tuna. Prices are great. We got 5 things plus one was a Los Vegas roll that of course I didn't eat. Our bill was $35. We ate to much are drink were plenty and we felt amazing!! Wish I had more choices but I'm just glad I had those! I didn't get sick, no migraine today which usually happens if I did along with the rest!
