I was told this place was a dedicated gluten-free business however we found it not to be the case there is no signage in the restaurant the menu has no mention of gluten free at all. We asked the waitress she said everything was gluten-free it was my wife's first attempt at Thai food it was her birthday and she ended up getting sick all night. I called back and asked for the owner the woman who answered the phone said he couldn't come to the phone, he was busy so I asked how they classify themselves as a dedicated gluten-free business and she said we're very aware of this because our owner son is wheat free I mention that doesn't necessarily mean Gluten Free! Very disappointed would not recommend!!!
So they are not technically a "dedicated gluten free" restaurant as stated. Several of their appetizers are fried covered in flour. Waitress I spoke to said she wasn't sure if the peanut curry sauce was gluten free. Would be nice if the menu items were labeled gluten free and such alas they are not.
I was told everything was gluten free. I had the Pad Pak which was excellent. I was even able to have hot and sour soup! There was soy sauce on the table, which I didn't use or ask if it was GF or not. Great food that I haven't been able to find in years and I didn't get sick. Will definitely go again.
