Ahmad’s was excellent! I was in town visiting family, and Ahmad was very knowledgeable about how to prepare my food. He assured me he had a separate cooking surface for my gluten-free food, and he makes all marinades for the meat himself. (I found Ahmad’s after contacting several other restaurants in Omaha with gluten-free menus, and they kept saying they cook gluten-free food on the same surface as gluten. I am an extremely sensitive celiac, and will get sick at a restaurant that does this.) The waiter was also very reassuring and knew what would be safe options for me. Everyone in my party found the food delicious and I felt great after eating there!
