Review of Aiello's Pizzeria

I love their pizza! I always get their gluten free margarita pizza. The owner is extremely knowledgable about gluten free too. I came in to order once and while one of the staff members was new and was not yet knowledgeable on the precautions to take, I watched the owner explain to him that the counters must be cleaned, a different screen must be used, you can't touch regular flour and then touch the pizza, and to put it in the separate oven. Just seeing that totally reassured me! I haven't got sick here and I'm extremely sensitive! Five stores for this awesome place!!
