Review of Ajiaco Colombian Bistro

This was one of the best meals we’ve ever had!

I had a cornbread chicken sandwich. The cornbread was more like bread slices, it wasn’t what I make at home for cornbread. It made for a great sandwich.

My wife and kids shared a sampler plate that was huge. They gave me some too. They loved everything. They thought the pork rinds were surprising and the most delicious.

The waiter suggested a guanabana with milk drink for the boys. They loved it; the older boy drank 1 1/2 and saved the other half for the next morning.

I thought the empanada appetizers were fine. But my wife and one boy thought they were great.
