I will say that I work here, but I have highly symptomatic celiac disease and started working here because, as a small establishment, they offer gluten free buns, pasta, and beer!! The menu needs work to make allergen statements more clear (and we’re working on it), but most items can be made gluten-free. My favorite is the Southwest Bowl - not labeled as GF on the menu but I order all the time. The kitchen actually understands gluten allergies here as well. If you tell your server you’re gluten-free and have celiac or gluten intolerance, you’ll be taken care of.
