Celiac here! I told the gentlemen when I walked in and he knew exactly what I could and couldn’t have. I had the “real crab” California rolls which were tasty, and I ordered the salmon teriyaki (without the sauce). It came on a sizzling plater which they prepared separately with sesame oil and some tamari. I added some ginger pieces form the sushi to a bit of my miso soup and tamari (as a little extra trick for us celiacs), for extra flavour and it was so good! Tender and filling. Wonderful, service too. I’ll be back :-)
— No gluten-free information on the menu
I ordered and told them on the phone I am celiac. They knew exactly what that meant and everything. I am always unsure with new places especially when english isnt the first language but they totally seemed to know what it was and even gave me gluten free soy sauce. I did not get contaminated so i was happy.
Yes
No specific gluten free menu but the staff knew what had gluten/vs what did not. They had tamari available. No rice vinegar in their rice!
