We reserved a large hibachi station for a party and they used gf soy sauce for the entire meal. They even offered gf sake. It was a fun & GREAT experience!! We felt safe and no one got sick. I made the reservation in person and provided celiac restaurant cards in Chinese and English and they really appreciated that. I brought copies to dinner, but the chef already had them in his hand. They accommodated us so nicely.

Tasteless and small portions of fish compared to other places in the area. Went over gluten free needs several times, they assured us it was all GF, then I bit into a roll and it contained crunchies/tempura. When we asked “does this roll have tempura in it? Bc that’s not gluten free?” They say “that’s not a gluten free roll.” ?!! Unfortunately I think this is one of those places who wants to do well to accommodate but doesn’t actually understand gluten.

The staff was very knowledgeable and immediately told me what was and was not gluten free on the menu. I had the chicken hibachi and it didn't have too much flavor unfortunately but it wasn't horrible. NOTE: the salad w ginger dressing DOES contain gluten, which I was unaware of before today.
