We had a great time staying at akwaba lodge. I messaged the Frech owner upfront if they could take care of a gluten free diet and they say it is no problem!

I had breakfast and dinner two times and i was great! They made gluten free crepes in the morning and had chicken and fish in the evenings. Nice combination between the panamanian and the French cuisine
