Review of Alamo Drafthouse

Server was very understanding about the gluten free process. He said that gloves were changed and that they were made in a separate area. So I ordered the burger with a gf bun. I’m delivered my burger, and then realize halfway through it that it is in no way a gluten free bun. I got the check and saw they accidentally charged for two burgers, one gf and one not. Unfortunately, I was given the non gf one and dealt with the consequences.

The staff was very apologetic and refunded everything, but still quite disappointed. Don’t order unless you can be positive it is gf!
