Alfano's Restaurant

Went based on the restaurants homepage and one great review. Waiter was not helpful. When asked if pasta was cooked separately from regular pasta he said “ it could be”. Did check with the kitchen and said they would. Today cramping , burping and fatigue.

They have an extensive GF menu with BREADED Chicken Parmesan and mention to tell server if it’s due to allergies or diet.

From the menu: “We use gluten free pasta, gluten free breadcrumbs, rice flour, and corn starch in our preparations. This menu is a condensed version of what we can prepare. Check with your server if there is something you prefer that is not on this menu.”
