This business is a bakery and so they were completely honest in letting us know that while many of their items were made with gluten free flour, they could not completely guarantee that it was gluten free due to possible wheat flour particles in the air. That said we did try their sandwiches on gluten free bread, and we also tried many of their wheat free pastries. The selection varied each day. Everything was delicious. We visited this business each of the 3 days we were in the area. We highly recommend it to anyone who is not super gluten sensitive. My celiac daughters did not have any issues.

I didn't catch her name, she is probably Alicia, she's is everything the others have said about her knowledge on contamination. We had BLT and muffin that were delicious. Well worth the drive for us! Thank you
I'm a sensitive Celiac. The owner Alicia gets it. Yes, this is a bakery. I was surprised to not have a reaction. I explained that I was Celiac. My sandwich was prepared in a clean area with clean utensils. She uses Udi's bread. Other ingredients were very fresh and tasty. Thank you Alicia.
Alicia is great! So friendly and knowledgable! There are "wheat free" pastry items, cookies, and GF bread. My GF breakfast sandwich was so yummy! Great coffee also!
