Tried five different dishes that were all gluten free. Every time I have been here they have been very cautious regarding allergens. Many dishes can be made gf

So sad to say I’ve gotten sick after eating here on more than one occasion. Their pad Thai is SO GOOD but I’ve been sick every time I’ve had it. The waitresses are not knowledgeable on celiac. I’ve simply been told “if I mark a gluten allergy, they’ll take care of it”. I was trying to figure out if maybe the noodles were cooked in the same water and asked to talk to someone in the kitchen and the waitress assured me everything was fine and I didn’t need to do that.
Then once again I got sick from eating there. Very bummed to say this, but my fellow celiacs - please be aware of their Pad Thai.

I had high hopes for this option based on the reviews, but there were some caveats that lead to a lower rating for me, personally:
- unclear menu
- "modern" Thai (not traditional)
The biggest issue for me was the menu and lack of clarity around what is and isn't safe for me to eat. Most likely because of the pandemic, they switched to a QR code menu that you then order verbally to the waitress from. The online menu does not mark GF items and lacks clarity. Some items mention gluten and others don't, but it is not consistent and you could easily be glutened if you don't ask thorough questions. The waitress seemed unsure about which items were safe or not, though she was willing to ask the kitchen.
The restaurant is listed as "modern" Thai. However, the flavors just weren't for me. I had pad Thai, and their version had a heavy tomato based sauce with thin noodles. My partner had the drunken noodles, which was tasty, but again, did not taste like any other drunken noodle I've had elsewhere and had thin noodles. We ordered both "mild" and they came more "medium" spicy.
The portions were generous, and the service was good. The spring rolls were gluten free and delicious and arrived quickly.

Really delicious, quality gluten free options! Celiac and no reaction either of the times I ate here. Definitely eating here more often!

We have ordered many noodle dishes and woks from Aloy for delivery and it always comes still hot and absolutely delicious! Never gotten sick and I am pretty sensitive. Also always marked GF on the box.

I have only done take out from here but I'm celiac and I had no issues at all as they have a lot of gluten free curries and the delicious spring rolls. Excited to go to the restaurant to try more of their menu.

Everything is clearly labeled gf and the wait staff make sure to identify allergens. Also the food is incredible.
Curries are 100% gf, avoid many of the other items labeled GF that are cooked in the same pans - they are great in answering your questions

The first thing our waitress asked when arriving at our table was if there were any food allergies. When finding out I had celiac she directed me to everything that was safe from cross contamination. For celiacs she recommended the curries because they are all gluten free and made in their own pans (noodle dishes share pans with regular dishes). My panang curry was AMAZING, I felt very safe and satisfied. Also had delicious cocktails. Will be returning!
