What a great stop for breakfast! Quiche and apple crumble were delicious and the staff were patient with all my questions, even during the morning rush. Even got some oat balls to go! A fun, busy spot.

This place is great!! They have gluten free quiche and pastries. They used to offer gluten free bagels and breakfast sandwiches but they said they’re getting rid of them which is super disappointing because they were great. The service is friendly and everything was delicious. Highly recommend!!

Ate here twice with no issues during a recent stay in Rapid City. Very knowledgeable about cross-contamination procedures, all the GF items are prepared separately, and there are even separate toasters back in the kitchen. Had the GF quiches (make sure you specify; the gf version has no crust), which are especially good if you make order one of their GF everything bagels and combine them into a sandwich (with the sun dried tomato mayo).

I had the gluten free breakfast sandwich on a gluten free everything bagel. They had two options- regular or everything for the bagel. They also had two other gluten free bread choices. I didn’t get sick and the food and coffee were great. Things were marked GF really well. They also had cookies and other goodies.

Overall not impressed. I echo the other review about the sandwich being small for the price. Also, we order ciabatta but it was definitely more like a gf french roll. Our order took almost 15 min with no others waiting (for a deli club, so not a cooked or hot sandwich). They also forgot our coffee orders, the coffee didn’t taste good, and one of them was wrong. I’m going to chalk it up to then training a new team member but honestly, we could have just gone to Jersey Mikes and stopped for better coffee elsewhere for less money and time. Not worth it.

Great coffee and sandwich place. Their gluten-free breakfast bagels were amazing! We ordered ours with eggs, cheese and bacon. They grill their gluten free bagels and bread to keep it separate from gluten items. The owner is very friendly and understands cross contamination and takes many measures to prevent it. I ate their several times and didn't get sick once. Also, all of their smoothies can be made dairy free, if desired. If you have food allergies and want someone who takes it seriously, this is the place to go.

Was tasty and safe, but just FYI the proportions are pretty small in my opinion. I probably could have eaten two sandwiches. I got a BLT on the everything bagel. Also, I got a mocha and it tasted really bad, I don’t know if I just had bad luck? Anyway the sandwich was really good, just small.

This was such a cute place to eat this morning. The lady that helped us was so great with making sure my GF bagel was on the GF grill and not run through the toaster. The food was so delicious.

I wanted to love this place but I seemed to have a completely different experience than other reviewers. Not sure what all the hype is for “celiac safe”.. I read all reviews, called ahead and was told they keep a portion of the grill separate for only gluten free items, and felt very reassured they could provide a safe hot sandwich. Went in about 15 minutes after calling and was told they recommend a cold sandwich if very sensitive. So I ended up ordering a cold ham and cheese on “bread”. It was almost $8 and didn’t come with anything else (no side or drink). I opened up my container and it ended up being Turkey, not ham on what looks like a Schar bread roll. Bare naked other than that and they didn’t have packets of Mayo or mustard and I was not offered any veggies for sandwich. Also, gluten free treats are baked in same pans as regular items so take caution. I didn’t bother asking any more questions as I already felt unsure and annoyed.

They can make almost anything on the menu into a gluten-free option, and it all tastes AMAZING!! They're super friendly and helpful. It's my favorite place in town. Would highly recommend!

Friendly staff and a bunch of gf options. All sandwiches can be made on gf bread/ciabatta/bagel. The quiches are also available gf-minus the crust. I had the farmers quiche which was super delicious and the ham, cheese, sausage bagel. The bagel was fluffy and not dry. They also have cookies and some cake.

Service was wonderful. Cute little hole in the wall place. Great GF options. I had spinach and tomato quiche and my son had oatmeal with fruit and pecans. We even purchased some lemon and blueberry bread to eat later. Would definitely eat here again. They had lots of coffee and teas and also offered smoothies.

The owner home-makes the gluten free bread including Ciabattas and White bread she also has gluten free bagels available or breakfast Sandwiches. She has a dedicated gluten free grill for paninis and asks if you are celiac and then takes the proper precautions. She’s so sweet! Definitely will be coming back when I’m in Rapid City again!

There are many GF smoothies. Some cookies. They have 2 types of GF bread and made sure not to cross contaminate. They had quiche and many other GF items. The sandwiches were fantastic!

Be very careful if you don’t know what’s gf and what’s not. The stag thought they were knowledgeable but I don’t think they knew exactly what gf is. They said the oats in the fuel bites were “rolled oats so they are gf” but that’s not completely true obviously I didn’t get that obviously. CAUTION some smoothies have malt so those are not gluten free. However the smoothie I chose and the gf cookies were very delicious and went back again.
