When I ordered the spring salad with chicken (listed as GF on the menu), I told the server that I am celiac, asked that she notate that on the check and asked that the kitchen cook my chicken in a safe way. I did not quite feel right after eating and after returning to our hotel, I became severely ill (vomiting). Whether I was a victim of cross contamination or hidden gluten, I’ll never know. This restaurant is probably not safe for a celiac. I was so sick that we cut our travels and returned home early.
