everything is made on the same grill where they heat up the wheat tortillas, GF bread is even toasted on that grill. I asked if they could wipe down the grill and they said “no, we’re too busy”, I asked if there is anything not made on that grill and they said no so left without food

I am a sensitive (and anxious) celiac, and after reading the review about the grill I was concerned. They mentioned that they could sanitize the grill before cooking my meal, and they advised that the safest option was something not cooked on the grill. I got the spicy chicken grain bowl and feel fine. The corn muffin was tasty too!

Clearly labeled menu for several other food allergies (nuts, dairy, etc). Delicious buckwheat pancakes! I also love their sweet potato quesadilla (dairy free!) and bison ragu. And outdoor seating for Covid safety!

Good pancakes that are all gluten-free so no chance for cross contamination. I don’t eat the other stuff.

Pricey. The food is ok but not my favorite spot to eat. Nothing really stands out. Maybe the gf cookies. But this place is just so expensive for bland food.

Yes! The chocolate chip cookie was great and didn't upset my stomach at all (even though I had two and usually get some sort of discomfort with faux gluten items anyways). Would love to go back to try the pancakes. I trust them.

Gluten free, paleo, and vegan options. Paleo pancakes were ok, but the dandy latte with their homemade nut milk is so tasty! I đź’— the atmosphere. Minimal wait. Worth a stop if you're on the east side!

This is an amazing, friendly neighborhood restaurant that you must try if you haven't yet! Super healthy, organic but surprisingly ABSOLUTELY delicious! ... and it's great to know ALL their pastries are gluten free!
