Separate gf kitchen. Cupcakes are good but definitely have that gf disintegration aspect. The lemon bars are their best item that is gf. The frosting is oddly firm and there’s a lot of it.
They are good cupcakes. Too much icing for me. They do have a separate building where they prepare their GF baked goods to prevent cross contamination.
Got a gluten free cake for my baby shower and everyone loved it! No one even knew it was gluten free. I never have a reaction the also have delicious gluten free blueberry muffins. I saw they have sugar cookies but haven’t tried them yet.
they have a separate facility to bake gluten free cakes and cupcakes. nice selection of flavor. a bit pricey, but given the care they take with gluten free products, -I'll pay the price. quite delicious and safe for celiacs.
For those special occasions they are great! Pricey but worth it. They do have a dedicated bakery behind their existing one. You can buy their cupcakes at different store locations too. Their products in stores are in the freezer section. Can't wait for their new dessert bar downtown!
Amazing gluten-free desserts call ahead to see what they have on hand. Very good just super sweet as in tons of sugar but then it is confections! Best gluten free desserts in idaho.
Passing through town we finally found gluten free vegan cupcakes for my mom! They had chocolate and vanilla cupcakes made in a separate kitchen. They were stored in a plastic bag in a separate fridge so I didn't see any chance for cross contamination.
Their cupcakes are delicious! I have celiac and have had absolutely no problems whatsoever the many times I have had their treats.
They make the best gluten free muffins and cupcakes in Boise and the entire Treasure Valley! I love the GF cupcakes they sell at Whole Foods. The owner said they used to have a bakery that wasn't dedicated to GF, but since they relocated last year to their new location on Roosevelt, they do have a separate building that's entirely dedicated to gluten free baking.
Overpriced for okay products.... Unfortunately, their products taste "good...ish for gluten free." There is a much better option across the valley that tastes AMAZING for MUCH cheaper... I also heard from a friend that while they state that they are gluten-free, they do not really bake in a dedicated gluten-free facility.. She got really sick. Buy beware, I guess. Amaru Confections gets a "meh" rating from me. 1 1/2 Stars.
This location is by appt only. Disappointed to drive here only to discover its not accessible, thus the one star rating for this location--unable to rate product and app requires a rating otherwise would have left blank.
