This place may have changed over the last couple of years. I am not convinced they try to mitigate cross-contamination in any way. I ate 3 slices of a GF combo pizza and was sick twice before I even left the restaurant, and have been sick since returning home.

The GF crust bears no resemblance to the regular crust, contrary to a previous review.

I DO NOT recommend this place if you are sensitive to cross-contamination.

They use separate trays and cutters for gluten free pizzas. Staff are very knowledgeable about cross contamination issue and they assure you that they take all the precautions when preparing the gluten free pizza. They only offer gluten free pizza in one size. They don’t make the crust so they only offer one size but the pizza looks and tastes like a regular gluten pizza. My daughter loved it.
