The staff was very confident about the options that were gluten free or not and also very willing to ask in the kitchen if unsure. They offered to switch regular toast for gluten free toasts with my breakfast of choice. They were also very aware of the gluten/gluten-free ingredients in their sauces, thickeners used in soups, etc. I felt secure eating there all my meals and didn’t get sick
Begrudgingly, I asked the waitress if they had gluten free and vegan? Without hesitation she said YES! Let me get the gluten free menu. When she returned, she handed me the menu and had brought the chef with her. I asked him about cross contamination. He said it was fine. I just knew he knew his stuff. He suggested am eggplant salad and I looked at him and said DO WHATEVER YOU WANT. I TRUST YOU. This was a 10pm snack/meal. He brought out the BEST SALAD I HAVE EVER HAD! With pea shoot micro greens & softly grilled vegetables!!! Definitely will return here.
