Review of American Flatbread

One of the better crusts I've had, locally and elsewhere! Last I checked, West Meadow Farm bakery makes it for them. Pizza is cooked on a wire rack, which almost eliminated the 'undercooked' feeling of those on a sheet pan. GF beer options decent too.
