Ordered many-many gluten free pizzas over the years, but in the last 2 months 4 pizzas have come back contaminated. I spoke to the manager and I was met with indifference.
One of my favorite places I loveeeeeeee it here go all the time. Make sure to say allergy, they will be very careful

They cook all gluten free pizzas on a tin foil pan so they don’t go on the stone with the regular pizzas. They prepare the pizza in a separate area.

Flour flies through the air here! Be careful! Seated near where dough being rolled out watching them toss flour. Dough was undercooked, had to be sent back. Still very doughy in center. Will not return here.
Had GF crust cheese and herb. Was sooo good. They made the pizza on a tinfoil base so it wouldn't touch the other pies. Absolutely delish!
$5 upcharge for a small gf pizza— seems a bit much. Pizza is good, though.
We Nima tested the gluten free jays heart pizza and came back positive for wheat 👎. The staff was very knowledgeable, they prepare it in a separate area, use separate cutting utensils, cooked on tin foil, still came back with wheat. So sad was looking forward to trying this place

Any of the pizza can be made on a gluten free flatbread! It tastes so great! I got the Mopsy Kalua!
The best GF (and dairy free with Daiya cheese) pizza I've found! Just like the real deal, lots of delicious and organic toppings, good salad and even have desert options (whoppie pies)!
I have had celiacs for four years. Flatbread is great. you get to watch the pizza be made right there, they put foil around the gluten free pizzas so it doesn't get contaminated. Fantastic service and knowledge.
Best place to go if you want a GF pizza that actually tastes like a "real" pizza. They also have GF beers. Yay!
I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was at Flatbread Co. last night. I am seriously allergic to gluten, dairy, and eggs so pizza has not been a meal for me in years and it's the one food I miss the most since my diagnosis. I am pleased to say that the vegan, gluten free pizza I had last night was phenomenal - so much flavor! What impressed me most was the extra precautions they took to make sure there was no cross contamination. My pizza was specially prepared on foil in the brick oven to be certain it didn't touch the other pies. I have not seen such care and precaution taken at any other restaurant.
The best part was when the manager, Myles, came over and told me that he was going to specially prepare me a vegan/gf dessert...and I had options! I went with the gingerbread whoopie pie with apple pie sorbet and wow...it was heavenly.
While Avon is quite a trek from where I live in Glastonbury, I will definitely be coming back again and again. Thanks for a superb dining experience!

Great crispy GF pizza. Best I've had around this area. Fresh ingredients and baked on tinfoil to avoid cross-contamination.
I enjoyed a really delicious seasonal pizza with roasted butternut squash and cranberries, it was amazing! However, as yummy as the GF pizzas are, they only come in one size and cost an additional $5. But the price may be worth it.
The best gf pizza. Everything is fresh, local and tastes amazing! My daughter and I frequent Flatbread and everything from the salad to the dessert truly is spectacular. Live band Thursday nights and very family friendly. Highly recommend trying it!

It was the worst gluten free pizza I've had. Pizza crust was soggy & not crispy which you would think in a brick oven would be great. Plus the topping (just cheese & herbs) had no flavor at all. The cheese was barely melted. if you picked up a slice the entire topping would fall off. Disappointment since I paid $5 extra for mine. Total $15 for terrible pizza!
Amazing gluten free flatbread pizzas with lots of topping options. They also make a great gf whoopie pie.
