Be careful here. The last two times I’ve gone, there was one lone crouton tossed into my Caesar salad, even though I explained that I couldn’t have them in my food. I trust the Redwood Shores location more.

They get their crusts from Mariposa Baking company, and avoid cross contamination. I am a native New Yorker and can support this restaurant as having a great pizza pie, order the New York pizza!

Folks this place rocks. Toppings are stored in a separate area. Great food, so much GF food...
Enjoy!!!

Great GF practices to avoid cross-contamination, even at the end of the meal boxing things to go! Very clear GF guidelines spelled out in a GF menu and the servers take it seriously at the first mention of wanting/needing GF considerations. Beyond that the pizza was delicious, the GF crust (only comes in 12") tasted great, and they even have daiya at no additional charge for those of us with lactose intolerance as well! Kinda pricey but oh so worth it imo

Nima tested positive for gluten on gluten free pizza. They really try (mariposa crust, separate utensils, etc) but not safe for celiacs. Update: tested gluten free chicken wings. Also with gluten. Def not safe

The GF practices are very good and listed clearly in the menu. The GF dough was great! I highly recommend for any celiac who wants some good pizza.
