I asked the girl at the counter if everything is cooked on shared equipment and she said yes. She didn’t seem interested in helping me.
Ordered plain chicken taco, rice and beans. All came back negative on the Nima for gluten! Very understanding service, worked to make sure our needs were met!
Their food is delicious and as long as you avoid obvious gluten (e.g. flour tortillas), it is safe. They don’t thicken their sauces with flour so the enchiladas (red and green) are safe (and yummy).
