Amy's Drive Thru

Menu states all items can be made gluten free. Tried the lentil soup, tomato soup, Amy burger, grilled cheese and chili cheese fries (which were the highlight of the meal). Everything tasted fine, but wasn’t wowed…hopefully because they just opened and are working out the kinks! Overall, items were small but reasonably priced. Glad to have another safe option in the area.

Not safe for Celiacs! I talked with them about having Celiac and how it is safe with no CC. The girl taking my order said she has celiac and eats it all the time. Then they gave me a GF cinnamon roll and a Gluten Bagel. They said the person putting in the order only specified GF on the cinnamon roll and didn’t even put that it was an allergy. Unfortunately I ate the bagel and once I got insanely sick I looked at the receipt and called.

— Poor

Food was good, but other than the receipt, there wasn't much about the order that confirmed my meal was gluten free as requested. Judging from the bun (all GF bread sucks IMHO), I can be reasonably certain my burger was GF.

The Chili Cheese fries were delicious, but alas, my receipt did not specifically identify them as gluten free. That being said, I didn't windup in misery for weeks.

The young woman who took my order didn't know much about how food was prepped and I went through drive thru, so I cannot confirm if there are dedicated prep areas or fryers. I was not asked if I had an allergy or just preferred gluten free food. Hopefully they just have a blanket policy for handling GF orders with the utmost care regardless.

All items on the menu are vegetarian and most are organic. Every option on the menu can be made gluten free and vegan. They have dedicated areas for each, just specify after each product. They ensured my order with gluten free stickers and asked if it was an allergy and were knowledgeable on ingredients as for my other food allergies! The food and customer service was amazing!!!
