I visited this restaurant a year ago and staff didn’t know what was safe to eat. I decided to give it another try. Staff knew what meats and fixings were gf. They offer arepas that are gluten free but may be cooked on the same grill as the reg burritos. They also offer bowls (no shell). One time the server knew and cooked my arepas in a separate area and one time the cooked it right next to a flour burrito. I had to cancel my order. Stick with the bowl.

One of my favorite places to eat. Since it is authentic, most of their items are naturally gluten free (made from corn) the only things that can't be gluten free are their rice (but there is a yummy quinoa) and their burritos. When you tell them you have gluten sensitivity they will switch from the tortilla press to the grittle to avoid contamination. On top of all that, they're good is some of the best I've ever had. Since I've had to go gluten free, I've been looking for a place I can get a quick tasty bite to eat. Andale is now my go to!
