One of my favorite places to eat. Since it is authentic, most of their items are naturally gluten free (made from corn) the only things that can't be gluten free are their rice (but there is a yummy quinoa) and their burritos. When you tell them you have gluten sensitivity they will switch from the tortilla press to the grittle to avoid contamination. On top of all that, they're good is some of the best I've ever had. Since I've had to go gluten free, I've been looking for a place I can get a quick tasty bite to eat. Andale is now my go to!
