Had a reaction after getting the GF pizza. I should have checked the reviews first.
Not safe for any level of gluten free. They have GF things marked on their menu but when questioned said they don’t protect you food with basic precautions like separate water or a pan for the pizza.
Not so good. The server said they do nothing to separate the kitchen area and flour is everywhere. additionally there were gluten free options so what was on the menu wasn’t available. The food was expensive and pretty poor quality, with a very long wait to get the food to table. The gluten free beet salad had two small pieces of beet and a ton of radicchio. I cannot recommend this option.

Delightful Italian restaurant on the first floor of the new Hyatt hotel in downtown Seattle. Ambiance is upscale, full bar including delicious mocktails. They have GF pasta, pizza crust and bread options for their sandwiches as well as appetizers and salads that are GF. And the best part? A kids menu with GF options! We miss fancy diners as a family with family friendly options for our picky child so we will absolutely be back.
