They keep their gluten-free crusts separate and use separate trays when they put them in the oven.
Friendly and knowledgeable about protocols
Do NOT recommend for Celiacs - they don’t use separate tools so the cross contamination runs rampant and the employees don’t know anything about Celiac safety and acted like it inconvenienced them. I will never eat there again. Extremely rude about valid health concerns when I explained the severity of the disease. They change gloves upon request but that’s it.
I heard this place was good with allergies and was not disappointed. Super detailed allergen menu online and solid protocols in store.
We had a pepperoni pie, a white pie with mushrooms and an American honey pie (spicy tomato sauce, arugula, goat cheese, mozzarella, pepperoni and hot honey). The latter was the spicy star of the show.
Crust is thin and crispy. Toppings were abundant and of good quality.
GF pizza totalmente contaminata. Non adatta ai celiaci.
